	This is the founder of , Peter Sausage, who was abandoned and later rescued on the streets of New York City.
He came home to live with a big Yellow Lab named Percy.
	Peter was a very special gift wrapped up in a 'HOT DOG' package!
Peter soon made many friends and joined The Dachshund Friendship Club. He attended Octoberfests and marched in The Steuben Parade!
	Peter was a dog-about-town in his own Radio flyer!
was just in its infancy and since the people it owned had cases of 'Severe Juvenile Canine Depravation Syndrome', it needed more members; hence soon to follow Peter were Schubert and Hummel von Zimbelstern.
	Part of Peter's responsibility to his new little brothers was to take them to see Santa. It was quite a 'hounding' experience for all.
